Recently, our household had the unfortunate experience of having two of our cars vandalized on the same night. The Audi and the BMW both suffered broken drivers' side windows, discovered on Friday morning (Novemeber 6). I immediately called Parktown's Department and was assured the glass was ordered and the repair will take place as soon as possible. Our BMW was taken to another dealer's Collision Center to await repair.
The reason for this letter is that our experiences with the two dealership for essentially the same repairs resulted in two very different experiences. By far, Parktown provided superior service in a timelier manner than your competition.
My TT was in your shop on Monday morning, and fully repaired within hours by your team of professionals that I have come to find as friendly, efficient and forthright in communication.
Our BMW was in the garage of the "other" dealership until late Wednesday, leaving us without that vehicle for nearly 6 days, requiring us to incur additional costs for a rental car during this time. Communication with this other establishment was ofeten vague and at times contradictory to previous phone calls.
For the record, my Audi was orginally purchased at this "other" dealership, however I have been coming to Parktown for service for the past couple years and will continue to do so as we have been so impressed.

"Buying my certified pre-owned 2005 Audi S4 from Parktown was a good experience. I live in Wisconsin and found the car online through Audi USA's website. After several emails and telephone calls, a price was agreed upon, and my wife and I flew to St. Louis on Dec. 26th to inspect the car and take it for a test drive. We were met at the airport by Theresa who took us to the dealership. The car was in better than expected condition and the extended test drive was satisfactory. We returned to the dealership, completed and signed the paperwork, and started our drive back to Wisconsin about three hours after our initial arrival. The title arrived in the mail about a week later, and the CPO warranty a week or so after that. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with, and I would not hesitate to make another purchase from Parktown Imports.."

I must admit buying a car on the internet is a bit scary. Then when the car is a Porsche at 90000and you are trading a 2yr old Porsche in it is downright tense. Well that is exactly what I did in Dec.09 and I live 500 miles away. I must say working with Theresa Somers was a very positive experience.Theresa is very easy person to work with and the sale delivery and all things involved turned out with a very happy ending. however the day after I received the car delivered to my driveway no less it snowed. Now all I ask of Theresa is to remove the snow.
